Event Strategy & Production
Turn the event objective into a proposition, programme and practical delivery plan.
A business event should do more than fill a room. Its content, audience, promotion and delivery should support a clear reason for people to participate. We build those elements as one connected plan.
Start with the business objective instead of choosing a format first.
Shape the event around the people whose participation matters.
Define what useful engagement should lead to after the event.
Build a complete event programme or bring in focused support where your internal team needs additional capability.
Turn the event objective into a proposition, programme and practical delivery plan.
Build relevant participation among delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, partners and stakeholders.
Make the event easier to discover, understand and act on before registration closes.
Keep the attendee journey coordinated during delivery and turn results into practical learning.
Each stage answers a practical question and creates the foundation for the next.
The right format affects the programme, production, registration journey and audience experience. The objective comes first.

Clear answers at the planning stage make the event easier to position, promote and measure.
Define the business or relationship outcome first. The objective could relate to market education, executive engagement, customer relationships, partner development, demand creation or another measurable goal.
Define the audience by role, organisation, industry, seniority, needs and relevance to the topic. Relevance is more useful than simply maximising registrations.
Consider the objective, audience behaviour, content requirements, geography, interaction level and resources before choosing between a conference, exhibition, roundtable, webinar or hybrid model.
Use a coordinated journey across useful event content, search, professional social channels, direct outreach, email and other appropriate channels. The message should remain consistent from discovery through attendance.
Measure against the original objective. Depending on the event, this may include relevant registrations, attendance, engagement, sponsor or exhibitor participation, meetings, enquiries and post-event actions.
